How We Can Help
How We Can Help
Fractional Staffing
Clients can use our strengths and knowledge to perform monthly, quarterly or annual analysis and/or processes. This allows you to conserve your limited resources to focus on your communities and neighbors. Our team can review invoice packets, manually manage your IDIS vouchers and draws, perform annual set-up and reporting projects, and support monitoring visits. We know that HUD administration dollars are limited, and we have the expertise to maximize your dollars while improving program efficiency.
Benefits of Fractional Staffing
Cost Effective - State and local governments and nonprofit organizations reduce the amount of administrative dollars spent on salaries and benefits.
Strategic Expertise - Intentionally bring in our partners for quick solutions so you can get back to work.
Flexible - Options to fit the specific needs of your organization for one-time, monthly, quarterly or annual support.
Review and Analysis
Managing a HUD program requires day-to-day monitoring of a multitude of moving parts. Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans lay out the ground work, but it's up to your team to operationalize the plans. Ensuring that financial regulations at 2 CFR Part 200 are being strictly followed is required for all HUD Grantees.
Ensuring that HUD dollars stay in your community and are not returned to the US Treasury is where we come in. Our team can review documents and provide analysis to confirm that your office is managing your HUD Allocation/Award with the highest levels of accuracy, reducing the frequency of voucher revisions, returned funds and deobligated funds.
Training and On-Boarding
Every government office and every nonprofit agency has turnover, and every HUD program has nuance. Leadership must ensure that all team members are equipped to do their jobs and execute the grant agreements and sponsor agreements that are necessary to meet the needs of your community. Training new staff takes time and resources that are already pulled in too many directions. Let us relieve that administrative burden by providing on-demand or regular IDIS training for your program and finance staff all the way up to your CEO and department leadership.
